this is what I'd write my TA in a perfect world.

Dear TA,
I noticed you gave me a C on my paper because it had too much information. I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to be overly informative. Too much information is indeed a dangerous thing, especially when talking about bodily functions or why sex with your boyfriend...
And can I just say once more
that I know this isn’t a journal and that’s not what I intended it to be
but sometimes i feel so alive that I have to write it everywhere my fingers can reach. Burn it across pages and computer screens and the covers of old books until i’m spent and the fire is run down.
